HoneyVet Purchase Options Policy

HoneyVet offers both one-time purchase and subscription purchase options on selected products. By selecting a subscription option, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

One-Time Purchases

Customers may choose to purchase products as a one-time order at the listed purchase price. One-time purchases do not automatically renew.

Subscription Purchases

When selecting a subscription option, your order will automatically renew every 6 months unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise HoneyVet to automatically charge your nominated payment method every 6 months for the applicable subscription amount, including any shipping fees where relevant.

Billing & Renewal

Subscription payments are processed automatically at the beginning of each 6-month subscription period. Customers will receive an order confirmation email following each successful renewal.

If a payment cannot be processed, HoneyVet may attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time prior to the next renewal date. Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal payment has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

Pricing & Product Changes

HoneyVet reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing, product availability, or subscription inclusions at any time. Customers will be notified prior to any changes taking effect on future renewals.

Shipping

Subscription and one-time purchase orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and up to date.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, orders are generally non-refundable once processed and shipped. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our team and we will work with you to resolve it.

Policy Updates

HoneyVet reserves the right to update or modify this Purchase Options Policy at any time. Any updates will apply to future purchases and subscription renewals once published on our website.
